Our History and Growth

Ictstore.co.uk is part of the ComputerWorld Wales group of companies, originally founded in 1993 by entrepreneurs Shaune Parsons and Kevin Collins. Together, Kevin and Shaune launched the first Computerworld Wales business.

Since Computerworld’s  IT and Technology sales business was founded in 1993, the company's vision has evolved significantly in line with a drive to increase efficiency and improve the overall customer experience through the exploitation of advancements in digital technology. The entrepreneurial approach of ComputerWorld’s management team was perhaps best leveraged during the period in which the company was steered from the traditional call based business, to the addition of e-business that is ictstore.co.uk today.

The company has throughout emphasized the importance of supplying that which it is able to effectively support, and has built up a sound reputation amongst its clients as a supplier of integrity. A leading Partner with IBM, Lenovo, HP and Microsoft, as a locally owned and managed company, its autonomy has permitted investment in people and the development of expertise, previously denied. The company has Certified Professionals from Microsoft, a commitment to the "Microsoft Certified Partner" Programme, and had recently implemented ISO9001:2000 within the Cardiff office.
